STEP 1
DISCOVERY SESSION
We’re excited to learn about your project! Here, your planning and development begin. This stage includes working through financing, land procurement, permitting and more.
STEP 2
MEETING
At this stage, we start working with an architect, ours or yours, to layout your project and ensure it coincides with your needs and your overall vision.
STEP 3
PROPOSAL
MAFCM captures competing quotes from a variety of contractors in our network. While considering scheduling, manpower, and craftsmanship, your project team will review and qualify all bids to find the best fit for you.
STEP 4
KICK-OFF PROJECT
Your project team will present those bids in a direct and transparent presentation. MAFCM will then execute a contract to get your project underway and make your vision a reality.
